CYBEX ERP is a cloud-based platform and customer data may be stored and processed in secure data centers located outside Fiji.
CYBEX utilizes reputable cloud infrastructure providers and implements standard industry security practices designed to protect customer information and transaction data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Security measures may include:
- Encrypted communications (SSL/TLS)
- User authentication and access controls
- Role-based permissions
- Firewall and network protection
- System monitoring and logging
- Regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
While CYBEX takes reasonable and commercially accepted steps to secure customer data, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

- Provide CYBEX ERP services

Customers may request access to or correction of their information by contacting CYBEX support.
